Jo Collins, is the December 1964 Playmate and also appears in pictorial in the May 1966 issue and on the cover in August 1965 and as the PMOY in a pictorial inside.
Sue Williams at just 4' 11 is the shortest playmate a distinction she shares with Karla Conway Miss April 1966. She was also the first Playmate to get breast implants and the first to have committed suicide (September 2, 1969).
Art Buchwald is the Pulitzer Prize winning (1982) author, humorist and journalist.
Carol Doda, an American cultural icon of the 1960s, was a topless stripper in San Francisco, California throughout the '60s, '70s and '80s, one of the first of the era. Her bottomless dancing only lasted three years until the law was changed in 1972.
